Ive only been to Grenada once, well it was actually Carriacou… I was a child, it was for my paternal grandfather’s funeral. I’ve since longed to visit again!
Fun flex: My uncle is the late Anthony C. George, he designed the flag.

Are you in England or Canada? I’m in the US. I’ve been to Grenada many times, and unfortunately, several times, it was for funerals.
Interestingly enough, I’ve never been to Carriacou or Petit Martinique. My next trip, I would love to start in Carriacou and actually visit/stay in many of the Grenadines.
On the flag, that is 100% a flex. As a kid, I wished the flag was more standard/simple; the clothes and apparel people designed on the flag always seemed so loud and crazy. Now, I appreciate how distinct it is (and the designers have gotten better too lol).
Im in the states too. My father (the youngest sibling) moved to Trinidad, then Canada when he first left Grenada, he ended up settling in NYC by the time my mom was pregnant with me. I live in Cali now.. But all of my father’s siblings (my cousins etc.) are primarily in UK and Canada, my dad was the only one that settled in the US. Lol
And I agree about the flag, I didn’t start appreciating the artistry until my uncle started to actually get honorable recognition for it in UK and Canada. And listening to him share his experience.
